I have a specific Old Navy black blouse that always comes with me, it's so crucial I have a back up. Depending on the length and purpose of the trip, i will bring the tote + nylon longchamp messenger xbody bag, or just my leather xbody bag that i've had for well over 10 yrs. I have this little flat phone sized xbody bag (i use small phones) that is perfect for holding my phone and passport at the airport or carrying room key around the hotel.
I love that you have your specific travel system! I've been working on fine tuning mine so it's no longer a question of what to pack. And so funny you mention the phone pouch, I just got one too, after realizing I'm constantly just holding my phone and a little xbody would be perfect :)
When the corners of my bag were worn out, I sent it for repair and Longchamp did it for free. :) i learned about this service on a web. This helped me get a decade of extra use.
I love that they stand behind their products like this. And a great tip/reminder that you can always reach out to the brand and see about repair/restoration options on a well loved wardrobe workhorse!
